Located 52 km from Gandía beach and 75 km from Valencia, L’Olleria is a must-see for mountain lovers. Situated at the foot of the Sierra Grossa mountain range, it’s crossed by the Clariano River and boasts a multitude of vineyards, olive groves, carob trees, almond trees, fruit trees, and aromatic plants. Its gastronomy is renowned for dishes like arròs al forn (baked rice), paella, and cocido (a traditional Spanish stew).
The Space
This bright penthouse combines spaciousness, warmth, and privileged views of the port of L’Olleria and the rooftops of the old town. Located on the fourth floor (no elevator), it’s ideal for those who value tranquility, natural light, and unobstructed views. The slight effort of climbing the stairs is richly rewarded when you open the door and discover the spaciousness of the apartment.
The open-plan main area integrates the kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, and bedroom, and opens onto a large door with direct access to the terrace. It is, without a doubt, the heart of the house: bright, welcoming, and with views that invite you to linger.
This space has air conditioning, guaranteeing comfort in both the warmer and colder months, and also features a ceiling fan.
A particularly cozy corner has been created in front of the fireplace: a bed protected by linen curtains that provide privacy and comfort. When a couple is staying, this space serves as the main bedroom, allowing them to enjoy the entire apartment while the other rooms remain closed.
The large bedroom has two 90 x 200 cm ViscoConfort beds, which can be joined together as a double bed or kept separate, adapting to the needs of each group. This room also has air conditioning and a fan, ensuring a comfortable temperature at any time of year.
The small bedroom has a 1.05 m bed and a fan.
For greater comfort and organization, the accommodation will open the bedrooms according to the number of people included in the reservation, distributing guests in the most comfortable way possible.
The penthouse has two distinct terraces:
• Main terrace: spacious with views of the port and the rooftops of the old town. It has a built-in barbecue, usable whenever weather conditions permit, with guests providing the necessary fuel.
• Secondary terrace: smaller and more practical, where the washing machine, laundry sink, and clothesline are located.
The bathroom, quite unique and charming, features a pink microcement bathtub and hand-painted Valencian-style tiles, and is fully equipped for a comfortable stay.
The bedrooms and the space by the fireplace have colored LED lights, allowing you to create different atmospheres depending on the time and occasion.

The two bedrooms will only be opened according to the number of guests and the rate indicated at the time of booking; the rest of the apartment will always be available to guests.

The penthouse is located on the fourth floor without an elevator; the stairs are easy to climb, and once inside, it will have been worth it.
