The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, including a refrigerator, a ceramic stovetop, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and basic items such as salt, sugar, oil, coffee, tea, baking soda, and spices, so you don’t need to buy them during a short stay. Coffee capsules and herbal teas are also provided.

The bedroom is located on a mezzanine accessible by a spiral staircase, with a height of 1.92 meters where there is no beam and 1.67 meters where there is a beam. This provides a cozy and functional space.

From the very first moment, you can enjoy your space exclusively and without interruptions.
The spiral staircase has recently been renovated with a beautiful custom-designed banister by a talented artisan blacksmith. It was a suggestion from some of our guests, and although we struggled to find someone who could bring our vision to life, we finally succeeded. Now, the staircase is a functional and decorative piece that adds a special touch to the space. However, we always advise guests to look closely at the photos because it is somewhat unusual and perhaps not suitable for elderly guests.
Regarding parking, the street Denia is a residential area where parking is not permitted. However, just a few steps from the loft, on Buenos Aires Street, is Parking Buenos Aires, a private parking lot open 24 hours a day.
For more affordable options, the nearby Avenida Filipinas has a blue zone where you can pay an affordable rate through an easy-to-use app. Additionally, there is no charge in the blue zone on Sundays and holidays, which can be very convenient.
